Steel Manufacturing

Our factory in Blackheath has vast capabilities in the steel manufacturing and civil work related to the security industry.
Our steel products are custom manufactured to suit any requirement :

• Wheel Clamps as used for no-parking areas
• Reserved bay paring poles
• Gates and especially industrial type large gates as used at airport runways, large factory and high security entrances.
• Gooseneck poles for intercom and card reader stands.
• Hand rails in stainless steel or mild steel.
• Turnstile and gate surrounds and custom in-fill panels
• CCTV Camera poles or wall mount brackets.
• Our dedicated team is fully conversant in galvanised steel as well as stainless steel manufacturing.

Civil Work
We cast and build our own concrete plinths, curbs, gate rails, drive motor bases and turnstile base slabs. We dig our own trenches for cable runs and provide all required conduit and sleeve works for power and data communication cables.

CAD Design
We have full CAD facilities and have the infrastructure to build complete guard houses, paved areas and do fencing work in steel and concrete. 

The CAD division will design and develop all your custom access control equipment. Whether you need hand railing, fencing or other items, we will manufacture the items to suit your requirements.
